Production Planner

Key Responsibilities Convert demand forecasts and master schedules into actionable weekly/daily production plans.

Coordinate end-to-end production workflows across manufacturing lines to minimize idle time and bottlenecks.

Calculate manpower, machinery capacity, and raw/packaging material requirements (MRP) to maintain target inventory levels.

Schedule shifts and align shop-floor staff based on operational priorities.

Track live production progress, monitor plan attainment rate, and adjust schedules for sudden disruptions.

Analyze and report output data (actual vs. targeted output, scrap/defect rates, line efficiency).

Maintain accurate system updates (ERP/Excel) and operational records.

Collaborate closely with Quality Control, Warehouse, Procurement, and Maintenance teams.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (Highly Preferred) or Supply Chain / Operations Management.

Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on production planning experience (FMCG, Food, or Chemicals manufacturing background is a strong plus).

Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis & modeling) and hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, or similar).

Core Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, capacity planning, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
