SMT AVI Technician

1、协助工程师提升设备稳定性,保养达成率; Assist engineers in improving equipment stability and maintenance achievement rate. 2、协助工程师处理设备故障； Assist engineers in troubleshooting and resolving equipment failures. 3、根据保养计划实施完成相关保养事项； Implement and complete relevant maintenance tasks in accordance with the maintenance plan. 4、执行生产设备突发异常应急维修，在确保质量的前提下，快速的交付给生产单位，降低生产的产出损失和变异； Perform emergency repairs for sudden abnormalities in production equipment; promptly hand over equipment to the production unit under the premise of ensuring quality, so as to minimize production output loss and variation. 5、对新设备的相关技术要及时了解和掌握； Promptly understand and master the relevant technologies of new equipment. 6、执行有效的点检系统，按照制定的保养频率和周期点检设备； Execute an effective inspection system, performing equipment checks and inspections according to the designated maintenance frequency and cycles. 7、要有一定的安全防范意识。 Possess a strong sense of safety awareness and accident prevention.

Qualifications: 专科及以上学历； College degree or above. 有英文读写能力； Proficient in English reading and writing. 掌握自动化生产设备维修、保养； Master the skills of repairing and maintaining automated production equipment. 了解SMT生产流程； Understand SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production processes. SMT设备相关经验3年以上。 3+ years of relevant experience in SMT equipment.
