1.协助项目经理达成项目交付要求； Assist Project Manager to meet project delivery requirement. 2.支持项目经理与CFT工作协调； Support Project Manager to coordinateactivities with cross-Functional team (CFT). 3.负责项目经理在项目开发阶段分配的工作任务； In charge of selected tasks assigned by the project manager during the overall development of the project. 4.协助/协调CFT解决问题，提高产量，效率/质量提升； Assist to Coordinate CFT in problem solving, and drive yield,efficiency,and quality improvement. 5.在CFT完成文件/报告给予支持，并提交给到客户 Support CFT to complete document /report and submit to customer. 6.参与Pre-build设计DFM和Post-build工程报告的讨论 Engage in pre-build design DFM and post-build engineering reports team discussions. 7.向NPI项目经理与NPI经理汇报工作细节，及时对未解决问题进行升级。 Report to NPI Project Manager & NPI Manager on project details and escalate if issues are not resolved in time. 8.按照客户要求日常及时更新IO和出货计划。 Maintain IO and shipping plan daily and update in time per customer request. 9.按照需求准备和维护系统数据。 System data preparation and maintenance per request. 10.和客户确认周度FCST更新并做对比。 Work with customer for weekly forecast update and do comparison. 11.可独立对应并即使满足客户需求。 Work with customer independently and fulfill customer's demand. 12.和PC以及MC确认生产及物料计划。 Work with PC and MC for production plan and material planning. 13.日常跟进产出实绩，具有基本的底线思维。 Daily work on quantity output,has basic logic of bottom line. 14.协助品质部门安排sorting和RMA。 Support quality dept for sorting and RMA. 15.和关务部门跟进货物的按时交付事宜（含物流流程以及客户所需文档） Work with logistic dept for goods on time delivery including logistic route and customs document.

Qualifications: 工程或商务专业本科及以上学历； BA/BS degree or above in engineering or business. 3年以上工作经验； Minimum 3 years working experience. 服从指示，思路开阔； Able to follow instruction and expand the idea. 评审项目的细节； Review datails throughout the project. 较强的和公司内部、客户以及供应商的人际沟通能力。 Good interpersonal and communication skills for co-operating with colleagues, customers and suppliers. 善于项目计划的制定、监督及实施，能够处理多个项目； Good at project plan and oversee, schedule work activities. Ability to work on multiple projects. 良好的英语沟通能力（写作&口语）； Good English communication(written & verbal). 熟练操作办公软件。 Excellent office software capability. 数据精准并注重细节，吃苦耐劳。 Data accuracy & detail oriented. Hard working. 拥有6sigma绿带培训优先； Six sigma green belt training preferred. 理解及熟练运用APQP,FMEA,PPAP,SPC,MSA和8D； Prefer with understanding of APQP,FMEA,PPAP,SPC,MSA,and 8D. 熟识IECQ QC080000系统和 IECQ QC080000基本知识，并了解REACH和欧盟RoHS 标准, HSM的客户特殊要求。 Prefer with understanding of IECQ QC080000 System and IECQ QC080000 Basic knowledge,REACH and EU RoHS Directive,customer special requirements for HSM.
