1. 熟练掌握根据上级客户的需求，结合内部产能制定内部周生产计划，月度生产计划

Base on Customer demand and factory capacity status to make wkly and monthly build plan 2.关键物料需求的跟踪落实情况，必要时制定特殊物料的需求计划 Gating material follow up,if necessary,make special material plan 3.监控每日实际产出并协助处理异常 Daily monitor output status and help to deal with abnormal issue 3.及时向相关部门反馈由于材料/订单/生产异常等影响出货的具体情况 Timely feedback to PM team the impact to shipment from material and production abnormal 4.相关报表统计及整理 Related report statistics and disposal 5.收集NPI产品每个阶段的基础资料信息。 Collect basic data for each stage of the NPI product. 6.定期监控产品的CT,效率和设备能力。 Regularly monitor the product's CT, efficiency, and equipment capability. 7.协同IE等部门主导制定设备扩展计划，跟踪下单/交货/安装/调试/LQ进度。 Collaborate with departments such as IE to lead the formulation of equipment expansion plans and track the progress of order placement/delivery/installation/commissioning/LQ. 8.FC版,IO版产能文件定期更新。 Regularly update the production capacity documents for the FC version and IO version. 9.及时提供客户所需产能报告和满足客户其他要求。 Promptly provide the production capacity reports required by customers and meet their other requirements.

1. 根据客户和厂内生产计划核算物料需求，降低物料库存减少停线风险

Drive Material Planning/production planning weekly based on customer request & internal build plan, lowest inventory value and no line down

1. 关键物料短缺状态改善，与PC team协调生产计划调整

Work on critical material shortage improvement and production plan adjustment with PC

1. 呆滞物料的责任追踪及改善，库存定期处理

Push material liability solution when project EOL or ramp up

1. 短寿物料日计划安排及管控，减少短寿物料的报废

Short-life material daily plan and control,reduce the scrap of short-life material 14.配合并协调相关部门的工作 Support team work 15.考核目标的执行与改善，完成上级领导安排的其他工作 KPI implement and improvement,Complete the work of the superior arrangement

Qualifications: 大专或同等以上学历 With College Degree or abrove 3年以上计划管理经验 With 3years FPC Manufacture&Management Experiance 熟悉产品加工流程，设备产能，瓶颈和工艺工程常识 Well familiar to product process follow ,capacity bottleneck and engineering knowledge 具备良好的沟通协调能力 With good communication,coordination 学习能力强，有团队合作精神 Good learning ability and With Team Work spirit
