1.Convert sales forecasts, orders, and inventory targets into clear capacity requirements.将订单预测、销售计划及库存目标转化为明确的产能需求; 2.Conduct comprehensive calculations across product lines, shifts, working hours, and Equipment OEE.综合计算产品线、班次、工时及设备综合效率 (OEE); 3.Plan equipment quantity, utilization rates, and maintenance cycles.规划设备数量、稼动率及维护周期; 4.Design production line layouts, manage new line implementations, and technical upgrade expansions.规划产线布局、新产线导入及技改扩能; 5.Coordinate supporting resources including molds, tooling, and fixtures.配套规划模具、工装、检具等资源； 6.Analyze requirements for direct and indirect labor.分析直接与间接人力需求; 7.Formulate strategies for overtime, shifts, temporary workers, and outsourcing.制定加班、倒班、临时工及外包策略; 8.Evaluate skill sets and assess overall production efficiency.进行技能匹配度与产能效率评估; 9.Match raw material supply capabilities with production capacity.确保原材料供应能力与产能相互匹配； 10.Prevent capacity downtime caused by material shortages.监控并避免因缺料导致的产能闲置风险； 11.Identify process bottlenecks and implement capacity enhancement solutions.识别瓶颈工序并推动产能提升方案； 12.Support Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP).为支持主生产计划 (MPS) 和物料需求计划 (MRP) 提供数据支持；
