Qualifications: College degree or above;​​​​专科及以上学历 Master SMT assembly process;掌握SMT组装工艺 Understand FPC process specifications;了解FPC工艺规范; Quality improvement process and data analysis methods (such as seven QC techniques,DFMEA, PFMEA, CP, QCC, 6Sigma, etc.);质量改善流程与数据分析方法(如QC七大手法,DFMEA 、PFMEA、CP、QCC、6Sigma等); Understand R & D project management including EI/ESI, NPI/TPI, and product import related processes and input and output;了解研发项目管理含 EI/ESI、NPI/TPI、及产品导入相关流程和输入输出件; Understand 6 Sigma, lean production;了解6西格玛，精益生产; Understand ISO 9000, TS16949, ISO 14000,QC080000;了解ISO 9000, TS16949, ISO 14000,QC08000 SMT related work experience, more than 3 years of management experience;SMT相关工作经验，3年以上管理经验 Strong communication, organization and leadership skills;有较强的沟通，组织能力，较强的领导能力 Fluency in Chinese is preferred.中文流利者优先
