Construction Supervisor

Job Description Provide daily site updates and progress reports to the Project Manager. Inspect work sites regularly and address technical and safety issues. Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations. Monitor manpower, materials, and work progress to meet project requirements. Supervise daily construction activities to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. Job Requirements Basic knowledge of construction work, workplace safety, and building regulations. At least 3 years of experience in construction site supervision. Able to manage multiple site activities and maintain good work quality. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid driving licence is an advantage.
