Daily Worker Waiter / Waitress

Your tasks

We are seeking energetic and customer-oriented Daily Worker (DW) Casual Waiters/Waitresses to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages efficiently, and maintaining a clean and pleasant dining environment during busy event shifts.

Table Setup & Prep: Assist in preparing the dining area, setting up tables, polishing glassware/cutlery, and stocking service stations before opening.

Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide recommendations or answer questions about food and beverage offerings.

Order Taking & Serving: Accurately take food and drink orders, coordinate with kitchen/bar staff, and serve items promptly to tables.

Table Maintenance (Bussing): Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly between courses and reset tables for incoming guests.

Hygiene & Sanitation: Maintain clean service areas, tables, and dining floors following health and safety guidelines.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow floor staff, bartenders, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a Beach club

Good command of spoken English for effective communication with international guests.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a positive, helpful attitude.

Ability to work efficiently, multi-task, and stay calm under high-volume pressure.

Well-groomed appearance, clean hygiene standards, and a professional demeanor.

Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evening, weekend, or event-based shifts.
