What will your role be?

As a MOJEO medior project manager you breathe project management and you really see this as your profession. A line function is not for you, you get your energy from executing interesting projects at the intersection of IT and business and you really want to make a difference. In every project you ensure a good team performance by motivating and facilitating your project team, a good result and a satisfied client.

Specifically, you will deal with:

• Lead one or more projects within time, scope and budget;
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets and risk analyses;
• Managing project teams and external parties;
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders;
• Report progress to clients and management;
• Application of methodologies such as PRINCE2, IPMA or Agile/Scrum;
• Continuously improve project approach and processes.

The criteria for the Medior Project Manager position are:

• HBO or WO working and thinking level;
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management work experience;
• Track record of at least 3 successfully delivered projects on your CV;
• Excellent command of the Dutch & English language both verbally and in writing;
• A cast-iron combination of natural superiority and organisational skills. You can cut through knots, are inventive and know how to get things done.
• With your pragmatic approach, you never lose sight of the overview and the goal. You know better than anyone that a solution can be found for every bump in the road;
• You are transparent, persuasive and can easily switch between different levels.
