Job Summary

MIRZA ME ENGINEERING PTE LTD seeks candidates at all levels to support site supervision and coordination across multiple M&E trades, ensuring compliance with safety standards and contributing to successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site activities for ACMV systems including ducting, piping, FCU, and AHU to ensure installation quality and schedule adherence
• Oversee electrical site works such as busbar, cable tray, lighting, power, and substation installations to meet project specifications
• Monitor fire protection installations including sprinkler, FHR, and alarm systems to maintain safety compliance and operational readiness
• Manage networking and ELV systems site supervision including data cabling, CCTV, access control, and PA systems to ensure functional integration
• Perform accurate site measurements and prepare detailed drawings and reports to support coordination with Main Contractors
• Enforce compliance with SS CP5, SS CP13, SS CP10, BCA, and MOM safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in any M&E trade to enhance site supervision effectiveness
• Ability to work at various construction sites islandwide to support project demands

Other Information

Location: Islandwide, Singapore - Project Sites

Salary Range: $1,800 - $4,200 per month + OT + Site Allowance

Salary Breakdown:

1. Trainee / ITE Fresh: $1,800 - $2,200
2. Technician / Supervisor: $2,200 - $3,200
3. Engineer / Diploma/Degree: $3,200 - $4,200
