Mireia is a homegrown Singapore vanilla company specializing in premium vanilla cultivation, processing, and artisanal products.

Your tasks

This is a versatile, hands-on position for someone who enjoys learning new things, solving problems, and taking ownership of their work.

🌱 Farm & Gardening****

• Maintain vanilla plants and farm areas.
• Assist with planting, pruning, watering, weeding, grass cutting, and harvesting.

📦 Production & Operations****

• Assist with food production, packaging, labelling, inventory, and order preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards.

🚚 Delivery & Logistics****

• Prepare and assist with customer deliveries.
• Handle collections, stock movements, and logistical arrangements.

🛍️ Sales & Events****

• Support bazaars, exhibitions, pop-ups, and promotional activities.
• Set up displays, introduce products, and engage customers.

🤝 General Support****

• Assist the founder with daily business operations.
• Identify tasks that need attention and take initiative.
• Support different departments whenever required.

• Willing to support occasional weekend events.
• Driving license is an advantage.
• Experience is welcome, but a good attitude matters more!
