Supervisor / Assistant Maintenance Manager

1.Supervise and assign daily tasks to maintenance technicians. 2.Plan and control Preventive, Corrective, and Breakdown Maintenance activities. 3.Troubleshoot machinery and equipment problems to minimize downtime. 4.Monitor maintenance schedules and machine performance. 5.Control maintenance tools, spare parts, and consumable materials. 6.Coordinate with Production, contractors, and suppliers. 7.Prepare maintenance reports and monitor KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, PM Compliance, and Machine Downtime. 8.Other task as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering At Least 5 years experience in maintenance engineer, maintenance functions in manufacturing At Least 3 years experience in supervising or leading a maintenance team. Knowledge of AUTOCAD ,PC & PLC system and control will be advantage Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work under pressure. Have knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001 ,ISO45001
