👀 The Role

Title: Senior IT Systems Engineer

Team: IT

Location: Gibraltar, full-time on-site

As a Senior IT Engineer, you'll play a key role in building and supporting the technology that powers Midnite. Reporting to the Head of IT, you'll help shape and improve our internal IT services, enabling teams across the business to do their best work. From managing core SaaS platforms to driving automation and supporting the secure adoption of AI, you'll have the autonomy to make a real impact while helping our IT environment scale alongside the business.

This isn't a role hidden behind a ticket queue. You will be hands-on, driving innovation and helping Midnite stay one step ahead.

You will:

• Build and maintain Midnite's SaaS infrastructure(Google Workspace, M365, Slack, n8n, Iru, Notion)

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support for our corporate IT infrastructure

• Support the global onboarding and offboarding of staff

• Author and maintain internal documentation, policies and end user help articles

• Automate processes and workflows within IT and across Midnite

• Act as a trusted partner to support the secure adoption of AI and AI enabled workflows

• Remotely manage network infrastructure in our offices

• Support the continual improvement of Midnite's security posture and take an active role in responding to EDR system notifications

The next Midniter:

• Brings 5+ years of experience supporting end users across macOS and Windows devices

• Has experience supporting remote teammates and remote offices

• Has an expert understanding of modern MDM/UEM platforms and zero touch deployments

• Can package and deliver custom software and scripts via MDM platforms

• Hands on experience supporting and implementing workflow automation tools

• Proven experience managing hybrid Google Workspace and M365 environments

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

• Has a deep understanding of administering and troubleshooting Single Sign On technologies such as OAuth, SAML and OIDC

• Has previous experience maintaining corporate IT services built on Google Cloud Platform (or similar cloud hosting environment)

• Hands on experience in designing and installing office networks (Unifi preferred)

• Ideally has experience working in a regulated environment or high growth startup
