About the Role

The Server Assistant supports the front ‑ of ‑ house team by ensuring smooth, efficient service and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining environment. This role is essential to the guest experience — helping servers deliver dishes promptly, resetting tables with care, and keeping the dining room polished and organized. Ideal candidates are attentive, hardworking, and thrive in a fast ‑ paced, team ‑ oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities

Support servers by running food, delivering water, and replenishing table items

Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly between guests

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and back ‑ of ‑ house areas

Assist with polishing glassware, silverware, and plateware

Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff

Follow all sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards

Contribute to opening, closing, and side ‑ work duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required

Strong attention to detail and a proactive work style

Ability to stay organized and efficient during busy service periods

Positive attitude and team ‑ first mindset

Ability to lift, carry, and be on your feet for extended periods

Weekend and holiday availability preferred
