Accounting & Finance Staff

Job Description:

• Handle daily accounting, finance, and administrative activities independently.
• Prepare and maintain journal entries, general ledger, and financial reporting documentation.
• Monitor company cash flow, operational expenses, bank transactions, and payment schedules.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes including invoice verification and payment tracking.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, reconciliations, and closing reports accurately and on time.
• Support tax administration and ensure financial documents are properly maintained for compliance purposes.
• Coordinate with external parties such as vendors, banks, auditors, tax consultants, and government-related administration when required.
• Ensure all supporting documents and financial records are organized and properly archived.
• Assist management in budgeting, operational finance control, and reporting analysis.
• Support audit and review processes by preparing necessary financial data and documentation.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Audit.
• Strong understanding of PSAK, financial reporting, and Indonesian taxation.
• Familiar with reconciliation, reporting, and financial administration processes.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and handle operational finance matters with minimal supervision.
• Experience in public accounting firm, external audit, or fast-paced operational environment will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external parties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Experience in mining or related industries is a plus.
