Production Supervisor (Stamping Section)

• Manage & Control manpower for daily production plan achievement.
• Production machine or equipment Trouble shooting.
• Quality problem root cause analysis & Countermeasure.
• ISO 9001 & ISO14001 System maintain and 4M change control.
• Production daily & Monthly report summary.
• Maintain 5S & Safety workplace in production line.
• Continuous improvement for Stamping machine, Quality, Productivity.
• Production section consumable, Spare part, expense control.
• Tool life control & Mold control.
• Other jobs assigned from manager.
• Can reading drawing
• Can used Vernier, Micrometer and Height Gauge

Qualifications: Male age 31 – 38 years old Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Production Technology or related Experience 5 years in Manufacturing field (Press, Tool, Dies Process) Good command in English (Basic skill of Japanese is advantage) Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) Knowledge in Root cause analysis, Systematic thinking, Kaizen, QCC
