QUANTITY SURVEYOR

S (Jnr & Snr position)

(Project)

Responsibilities:

Taking off quantities for tendering.

Pricing of bills & quantities.

Evaluation of sub-contractor’s claims & preparation of payment certificate for sub-contractors.

Sourcing & purchasing of construction materials, equipment etc.

Sourcing & Coordination of new subcontractors & suppliers.

Contract administration including preparation of variation claims & progress claims.

Any other duties assigned by Superior or Management.

Requirements:

Recognized Degree / Diploma in Civil & Structural or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 2 years or more relevant work experiences in Singapore Construction sector ; 8 years & above if apply for Senior or Managerial position.

Fresh graduates or those without experience may apply

Salary will be commensurate in accordance with work experience and qualifications etc
