Import coordinator

for freight forwarding company/ and an import/export company specializing in petroleum products and chemicals and equipment. Facilitate the shipping of products from the plant to Customers

Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible

Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay. Keeping up to date status of orders for clients.

Receives products from Warehouse and coordinates delivery

Coordinate with freight forwarders/ shipping lines/Clearing agency to avoid any delays and reduce conflicts .

Makes sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels

Manages activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met.

Oversees inventory of goods and vehicles

Streamlines shipping and transportation processes

Full Experience on Nafeza website with the custom clearance process , generating ACID.

Reviewing all shipping documents thoroughly.

Must have experience within specified field mentioned

Good communication and language skills in English and Arabic

Hard worker, efficient and able to work as a team.

Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word
