Trinison (a division of M.A.M. Group Inc.) specializes in the acquisition, development and sale of land for residential, commercial and industrial use.

*Job Duties:*

• Post weekly A/P invoices and bank transactions
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare and file monthly GST/HST returns
• Prepare weekly cash report
• Post deposits, receipts, BA purchase & maturity
• Maintain and update the mortgage receivable spreadsheet
• Maintain and update the development charge spreadsheet
• Maintain mortgages receivable/lot discharges schedules
• Ad hoc duties

*Qualifications*

• Proven experience as a General Accountant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of real estate industry accounting practices is a plus.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
