FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING DIRECTOR

Job Descriptions

Oversee Finance, Accounting and Admin operations of the company including banking, accounting functions, payroll, budget preparation, information technology, human resources and administrative services.

Leads all financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.

Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics

Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders

Liaise and communicate effectively with HQ in Korea and existing network of companies

Requirements

Possess Degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.

Highly motivated with a good business sense and commercial acumen

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills (written and spoken), influencing and presentation skills.

Candidate required to make and present reports to the top management in Korea which normally will be conducted in Korean. Therefore, a high level of proficiency in Korean language is highly preferred.
