Videographer (Content Creator & Editor)

Job description About the Role We're looking for a Videographer who can take a brief from concept to final export — shooting it, cutting it, and making it perform. You'll work across client campaigns, brand content, social media, and live-streaming talent alongside our scriptwriters and creative team. If you're equally comfortable behind a camera and inside a timeline, and you can move fast without dropping quality, we want to see your reel.

What You'll Do

• Break down creative briefs and scripts into shot lists and shooting plans
• Shoot on location and in studio — camera, lighting, and audio setup are yours to own
• Direct talent and hosts to get usable takes
• Edit, color grade, mix audio, and add motion graphics and subtitles
• Deliver multiple cuts and aspect ratios from one shoot — horizontal for YouTube, vertical for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
• Handle revisions from creative leads and clients on deadline
• Keep footage backed up and the asset library organized
• Bring ideas to the table at brief stage, not just at execution

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 years of professional video production experience (agency, production house, or in-house brand team)
• A showreel or portfolio is mandatory — applications without work samples won't be reviewed
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (DaVinci Resolve also welcome)
• Solid hands-on knowledge of mirrorless/DSLR cameras, lenses, lighting, and external audio
• Proven track record producing short-form vertical content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts
• Comfortable juggling several projects and hitting deadlines
• Willing to work flexible hours and travel for shoots
