Independent Developer with Node (Office based)
We are a collective of 17 people working in Krakow. No managers, no corporate layers between you and the work. Everyone here makes real decisions and owns the results. You will too, at your own pace.
Salaries are open. Everyone sees what everyone earns. They are self-set through a structured process. We find that this removes politics and builds trust faster than any team-building exercise.
You will sit in the same room as the people you work with. That is a choice, not a rule. We have found that the best ideas come from quick conversations over coffee, not scheduled meetings. When life requires flexibility, we are flexible.
Half of our projects start as someone's idea that needs testing. We help build pilots, validate assumptions, and figure out what is worth developing further. The other half are products we have worked on for years. One of our clients has been with us for 18 years. Another built a successful startup with our team and just came back with a new idea. Over 20 years, we have delivered 200+ projects across 23 industries.
