Customer Service Specialist

Your tasks

-Provide product knowledge about toys, collectibles, figures, and limited items -Actively recommend products and close sales -Build long term relationships with collectors and repeat customers -Handle customer questions, feedback, and after sales support -Manage basic stock checks and product displays

Requirements

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist and Salesperson who loves toys, collectibles, and pop culture, and enjoys helping customers find the perfect items.

1. 23–35 years old
2. Female preferred
3. Friendly, energetic, and well presented
4. Strong communication and customer service skills
5. Sales driven with a passion for toys and collectibles
6. Able to communicate in English at an intermediate level
7. Thai Nationality
8. Experience in retail or toy store is a plus
