Job Summary

Our Delivery Driver will deliver all materials, supplies, tools and equipment to our jobsite. Will pick up designated material and supplies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

knowledge of construction materials: two (2) years required

Must possess ability to work outdoors, in the elements

Ability to fulfill physical requirements

Lift/move product up to seventy-five (75) pounds or greater

Must be able to lift heavy weight with, and without the aid of others

Customer service skills

Interact with coworkers and customers in a professional, demanding environment to ensure customer needs are met while building a strong working relationship with a positive attitude

EDUCATION:

Two (2) years’ experience with High School Diploma/GED

A valid driver’s license

Must have an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR)

Forklift certification

EXPERIENCE:

Experience in material handling

Must have experience driving larger sized delivery trucks

Must have knowledge of regulations pertaining to the securing of several types of loads onto trucks

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Ability to wear appropriate work attire (safety helmet, footwear-steel toed shoes, gloves, safety vest)

Understand the construction process, specifically electrical construction, including

materials, parts, tools, and assemblies

Demonstrate ability to be self-motivated, proactive and perform duties in a professional

manner and appearance

Strong critical thinking skills

Must be able to pass Federal/State/City Background check

Authorized to work in the United States

Pre-Employment and Random Drug Test Compliance

· Warehouse setting.

· Potential visits to outdoor industrial sites with exposure to weather extremes.

· Potential exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, or other environmental factors.

· Travel requirements

This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.
