Production Planner

1. Production Planning: Based on sales forecasts and orders, conduct preliminary capacity planning and analysis, develop monthly plans, monitor production capacity and materials, establish early warning mechanisms, and collaboratively resolve supply and demand conflicts.
2. Material Control: Decompose the production plan into a material requirements plan. Work closely with procurement, warehousing, and other related departments to ensure timely supply of raw materials and order fulfillment.
3. Production Scheduling: Issue and track production work orders, coordinate material releases and progress, monitor finished product arrivals, and complete work order settlements.
4. Data Maintenance: Monitor inventory and optimize inventory turnover; maintain the accuracy of basic data (e.g., BOM) in the ERP (SAP) system.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher, at least one year of PMC-related experience in the manufacturing industry; background in discrete manufacturing (e.g., electronics, machinery) preferred.
2. Hard Skills: Proficient in the principles and development methods of MPS/MRP (SAP experience preferred); proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP/Kingdee; proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.) for data analysis. 3. Have excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills; have a strong sense of risk warning and responsibility.
