Assist Site Manager to supervise constructions work to ensure that quality works are produced & all operations are carried out safely.
Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring metalwork activities (fabrication, welding, installation) are executed according to design specifications.
Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk.
Familiar with relevant legal requirement.
Supervise a team of construction workers.
Carry out inspection as well as resolving and monitoring rectification works.
Assist and support Engineers in carrying out works as assigned.
Supervise the construction of works and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the project plan.
Assist the engineers in ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance with relevant regulations.
Ensure company’s safety rules are observed and obeyed.
Ensure safety measures are met on site.
Ad hoc assignments.
Job Requirement:
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in the Construction industry required.
At least Degree in Building/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Strong communication skills with workers and subcontractors .
