About the Role  

We are looking for several change management consultants to support the delivery of upcoming large‑scale projects. The role will be hybrid, based in Ottawa.

Role and Responsibilities  

Conduct a comprehensive change impact analysis, including effects on processes, roles, teams, and operations.

Develop an integrated transition and communication strategy aligned with project objectives and stakeholder needs.

Build an overall change management plan covering engagement, communication, training, and support activities.

Define and deliver transition and communication strategies, ensuring consistency in messaging and interventions.

Produce detailed change management plans, including actions, timelines, responsibilities, and monitoring mechanisms.

Prepare presentations, analyses, and decision support documents for managers and governance committees.

Ensure regular follow up on progress by providing status updates and collaborating closely with project coordination teams.

Document operational impacts and related issues to support adoption and anticipate risks.

Design and produce communication materials to inform, engage, and support stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience  

Required  qualifications  

Bachelor’s degree in a n appropriate discipline (administration, human resources, organizational development, industrial engineering, communications, or psychology) or equivalent.

Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English (advanced French required ).

Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in change management.

Be familiar with change management best practices.

Be able to simplify and clearly explain complex concepts.

Compensation (Ontario)  

The salary range provided reflects a good faith estimate based on factors such as experience, technical  expertise , location, and relevant certifications. Final compensation will be  determined  according to the specific circumstances of each candidate.  

Estimated salary range:  $ 8 0,000 to $120,000 per year.  

This posting is a future hiring need.
