Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to support the promotion and sales of our luxury leather bag collection. The ideal candidate has a passion for high-end fashion, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell LEÓN BIANCA products to prospective customers

Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with luxury brand standards

Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business

Identify new sales opportunities and actively contribute to brand growth

Represent the brand at events, pop-ups, and retail locations (if applicable)

Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features and brand story

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in luxury retail or fashion

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong sense of style and understanding of luxury branding

Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Fluency in Norwegian is a plus
