Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphics Designer role based in Abuja. The Motion Graphics Designer will create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual content that support marketing campaigns, property showcases, and brand storytelling across digital platforms. Daily tasks include conceptualizing and designing animated videos, editing and compositing footage, selecting appropriate visual styles, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to translate project briefs into engaging visual narratives. The role also involves preparing assets for social media and web, optimizing content for various formats and resolutions, and maintaining visual consistency with brand guidelines. The Motion Graphics Designer will participate in brainstorming sessions, manage timelines for multiple projects, and stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the quality of visual output.

Qualifications

Strong motion graphics and animation skills, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related video editing software. Solid graphic design capabilities, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual composition for digital and social media content. Experience in storyboarding, visual storytelling, and translating marketing or real estate concepts into compelling motion content. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Relevant experience in motion graphics, visual design, or multimedia production; experience in real estate or construction-related visuals is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design, Animation, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn new tools and techniques aligned with industry best practices.
