Cost Control

Aufgaben

• Conduct regular monitoring, calculation, and analysis of Food & Beverage Cost (COGS).
• Oversee and record inventory counts (stock opname) to minimize wastage and stock variances.
• Verify purchase prices, Purchase Orders (POs), and vendor invoices.
• Prepare cost analysis reports and provide actionable efficiency recommendations to management

Anforderungen

• Minimum Diploma (D3/S1) in Accounting
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same role (F&B / Restaurant / Cafe industry background preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas / data analysis).
• High attention to detail, strong integrity, assertiveness, and strong analytical skills.
