We're looking for an experienced Clinical Manager to lead our Brooklyn, MD clinical team. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who wants to shape clinical quality, develop counselors, and directly influence patient outcomes — with real authority to make it happen.

What You'll Do
As Clinical Manager, you'll own the daily administration and clinical quality of CCG's services, partnering closely with the Executive Director to drive both team performance and patient outcomes.
Leadership & Team Development
Partner with the Executive Director on interviewing, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management
Conduct 1:1 supervision, annual reviews, and feedback sessions that inspire growth and accountability
Build a supportive, high-performing culture where clinicians feel valued and connected to their purpose
Clinical Quality & Model Fidelity
Ensure adherence to CCG's evidence-based, harm-reduction, recovery-oriented care model
Coach staff in Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and Trauma-Informed Care
Observe sessions and safeguard documentation to maintain clinical standards and compliance
Performance & Compliance
Own clinical KPIs — patient retention, program completion, outcomes, and length of stay
Ensure staff KPIs like direct care hours are consistently met
Partner with the compliance team to maintain CARF and state regulatory readiness
Patient & Program Excellence
Resolve patient concerns quickly and thoughtfully to maintain high satisfaction
Partner with the Executive Director and Medical Director to expand and improve programming
Provide direct clinical coverage and hands-on crisis support when needed, modeling best-in-class care
Collaboration & Community Impact
Partner with HR on smooth onboarding and offboarding
Lead organization-wide clinical trainings to elevate team skillsets
Build community partnerships that strengthen referral networks and visibility
What You Bring
Master's degree in behavioral health-related field (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, etc.)
At least 5 years of experience working with individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders
Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a human services or behavioral health setting
LCADC, LCPC, LCSW-C, CAC-AD, and SUD Approved Supervisor status in Maryland
Strong knowledge of CARF standards, state regulations, and DEA requirements
Skilled in providing group and individual counseling
Excellent written, verbal, and documentation skills, including experience with electronic medical records
Engaging leader who promotes accountability and supports positive clinical outcomes
Solid understanding of addiction, treatment approaches, and community drug trends
Committed to ethical and professional counseling standards
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership abilities
