Sebagai Product Development Coordinator, kamu akan memegang peran penting dalam membangun dan mengembangkan portofolio produk Kokoro Story, mulai dari menemukan peluang pasar, merancang konsep produk, mengawal proses produksi, hingga memastikan produk siap diluncurkan dengan kualitas dan margin yang sesuai target. Kamu tidak hanya bertanggung jawab memastikan produk selesai tepat waktu, tetapi juga menentukan produk apa yang layak dikembangkan, bagaimana produk tersebut memiliki Value bagi pelanggan, dan bagaimana setiap keputusan pengembangan mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis. Kamu akan memimpin tim Product Development, serta berkolaborasi dengan tim Growth, Creative, dan vendor untuk mewujudkan ide menjadi produk yang berkualitas dan kompetitif. Kami mencari seseorang yang mampu menggabungkan kreativitas, pemahaman teknis, kemampuan analitis, dan ketajaman bisnis untuk membangun produk yang benar-benar dibutuhkan pelanggan.

Job Desc

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept ideation to commercial launch.
• Develop the product roadmap based on market opportunities, customer insights, and business objectives.
• Conduct and oversee market research, competitor analysis, and product positioning to identify growth opportunities.
• Define product requirements, specifications, and quality standards for new and existing products.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Production, Marketing, Design, Procurement, and external suppliers to ensure successful product launches.
• Oversee packaging development, ensuring functionality, brand consistency, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage product development timelines, budgets, priorities, and project milestones to ensure on-time execution.
• Drive continuous product improvement through customer feedback, product performance analysis, and market trends.
• Establish and maintain quality standards throughout the product development process.
• Evaluate product performance after launch and recommend improvements to maximize business results.
• Identify and manage product risks, ensuring timely resolution of technical, operational, or supply-related issues.
• Mentor and develop Product Development team members while fostering collaboration and innovation

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Development / Project Management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive mindset for creative idea and solutions
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills for identifying opportunities for innovation and growth
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality and deadlines
• Full knowledge about the product that you are going to develop
• Preferably interested in Mom & Baby, Bedding Industry
