Business Development Executive

About the Role Kekua Villa Management is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to expand our portfolio of managed villas across Bali. In this role, you will identify potential villa properties, build relationships with villa owners, conduct property evaluations, present our management solutions, and close exclusive management agreements. If you have strong sales skills, enjoy meeting people, and are passionate about Bali's hospitality and property industry, we'd love to hear from you.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in Villa Management or Real Estate Agency in Bali.
• Strong understanding of occupancy, ADR, rental pricing, and property investment.
• Fluent English, especially when communicating with expatriate villa owners.
• Existing network of villa owners, agents, or property developers in Bali.
