Your tasks

The role is responsible for managing the day-to-day technical needs of our local and international Shopify websites, while driving continuous improvements in functionality, customer experience, and e-commerce performance.

_Website Development & Maintenance_

• Maintain, update, and improve both Shopify websites.
• Develop and edit website sections, landing pages, and product page layouts.
• Customize Shopify themes based on business and marketing requirements.
• Implement new features, promotional mechanics, and campaign-related updates.

_Troubleshooting & Integrations_

• Identify and resolve bugs, technical errors, and functionality issues.
• Troubleshoot third-party apps and integrations, including SAP-related Shopify issues.
• Test all changes before publishing to ensure accuracy and avoid disruptions.

_Performance & Optimization_

• Support conversion rate optimization by improving the shopping experience, cart, and checkout.
• Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall performance.
• Support technical SEO improvements, including site structure, redirects, and page performance.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Shopify development, particularly Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Shopify themes, apps, APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce functionality, user experience, and conversion optimization.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to spot and suggest improvements.
• Experience with SAP–Shopify integrations is a plus.
