As an Events Assistant, you’ll gain valuable experience supporting events, engaging guests, coordinating activities, and creating content.

Role Focus

You’ll support event planning and execution across logistics, guest engagement, content, and on-site operations.

You’ll work with the team to coordinate venues, materials, vendors, and manpower, while helping ensure events run smoothly from preparation through to post-event follow-up.

• Support registration, guest engagement, and on-site operations.
• Help produce event content and promotional materials.
• Collect feedback and assist with post-event follow-up.
