Aufgaben

• Createinformationarchitecture,sitemaps,processflows,wireframes,interactiveprototypes,anddetailedinteractiondesignsthatcommunicateintendedfunctionalityandbehavior.
• PartnerwithUXResearchtoincorporatecustomerfeedback,usabilitytestingresults,andresearchfindingsintodesigndecisions.
• Develop,maintain,andapplyreusabledesignpatterns,components,anddesignsystemstandardstoensureconsistencyacrossdigitalproductsandplatforms.
• Designresponsiveexperiencesfordesktop,tablet,andmobile,applyingaccessibilityprinciplesandusabilitybestpracticesthroughoutthedesignprocess.
• CollaboratewithCreativeteamstoalignvisualidentity,brandexpression,anddesignaestheticswithfunctionalanduserexperienceobjectives.
• Workcloselywithdevelopers,ITteams,andtechnologypartnerstovalidatefeasibility,supportimplementation,andensuredesignsaredeliveredasintended.
• PrepareclearUXdocumentation,designspecifications,andimplementationguidancefordevelopersandstakeholders.
• Presentdesignconcepts,recommendations,andrationaletointernalteams,facilitatingconstructivediscussionsandinformeddecision-making.
• Analyzedigitalanalytics,customerjourneytrends,usabilityfindings,andcustomerfeedbacktoidentifyopportunitiesforongoingimprovement.
• Participateindesignreviews,provideconstructivefeedback,mentorotherdesignerswhenappropriate,andconductvisualandfunctionalqualityassurancetomaintainhighdesignstandards.

Anforderungen

• Atleast5yearsofprofessionalexperienceinUX/UIdesignorproductdesign,withaportfoliodemonstratingworkoncomplexdigitalproducts,websites,orservicesacrosswebandmobile.
• AdegreeinGraphicDesign,InteractionDesign,ExperienceDesign,Human-ComputerInteraction,orarelateddiscipline,orequivalentrelevantprofessionalexperience.
• Strongknowledgeofuser-centereddesignprinciples,interactiondesign,usability,responsivedesign,accessibility,anddigitalexperiencestrategy.
• Provenabilitytotranslatecomplexcustomerchallenges,businessrequirements,andtechnicalconstraintsintosimple,intuitive,andeffectiveuserexperiences.
• Hands-onexperiencecreatingcustomerjourneys,userflows,informationarchitecture,sitemaps,wireframes,andinteractiveprototypes.
• Experienceworkingwithdesignsystems,reusablecomponents,andestablisheddigitaldesignpatternstomaintainconsistencyandscalability.
• StrongworkingknowledgeofmodernUXdesignandprototypingtools,particularlyFigma.
• Experienceusinguserresearch,digitalanalytics,usabilitytesting,andcustomerfeedbacktoguidedesigndecisionsandmeasureexperienceimprovements.
• Demonstratedabilitytocollaborateeffectivelywithbusinessstakeholders,UXresearchers,creativeprofessionals,productteams,anddevelopersthroughouttheproductlifecycle.
• Excellentwritten,verbal,andvisualcommunicationskills,includingtheabilitytoexplaindesigndecisions,presentrecommendations,anddocumentspecificationsclearly.
• Strongorganizationalskillsandtheabilitytomanagemultipleprioritieswhilemaintainingquality,consistency,andattentiontodetail.
• Acollaborativemindset,opennesstofeedbackanddesigncritique,andacommitmenttocontinuouslearningandimprovement.
