• SAPTestingExecution:Conductunit,integration,performance,regression,andend-to-endtestingacrossSAPS/4HANAandmultiplefunctionalmodulestovalidatesystemfunctionalityanddataaccuracy.
• DefectManagement:Identify,troubleshoot,document,andtrackdefectsthroughoutthetestinglifecycle,collaboratingwithtechnicalteamstoensuretimelyresolution.ManagetestdataandusetoolssuchasSAPSolutionManagerorSAPCloudALMtosupportdefecttracking.
• UserAcceptanceTesting(UAT):CoordinateUATactivities,facilitatecommunicationbetweendevelopersandendusers,validatebusinessprocesses,andensurereadinessfordeploymentandgo-liveapproval.
• Cross-FunctionalCollaboration:Workcloselywithtechnicalteams,businessstakeholders,andenduserstovalidatecross-processfunctionalityandensureSAPsolutionsalignwithoperationalrequirements.
• QualityAssuranceandReporting:Monitortestingprogress,documentresults,communicaterisks,andprovideclearrecommendationstosupportinformeddecisionsandsuccessfulimplementations.
• ContinuousImprovement:Identifyopportunitiestoimprovetestingprocesses,automation,andexecutionefficiencywhilemaintaininghighstandardsofqualityandreliability.

Anforderungen

• Education:Bachelor'sdegreeinInformationTechnologyorarelatedfield.
• ProfessionalExperience:ThreetofiveyearsofSAPS/4HANAtestingexperience,includingparticipationinatleastonefull-cycleS/4HANAimplementation.
• SAPFunctionalKnowledge:ExperiencewithSAPfunctionalmodulessuchasSalesandDistribution(SD),MaterialsManagement(MM),FinancialAccountingandControlling(FICO),orExtendedWarehouseManagement(EWM),includingfamiliaritywithrelevantstandardtransactioncodes.
• TestingExpertise:Demonstratedexperiencedevelopingandexecutingtestscripts,conductingend-to-endandcross-functionaltesting,managingtestdata,andsupportingmultipletestingphases.
• DefectTrackingandResolution:Abilitytoidentify,analyze,document,andfollowdefectsthroughresolution,usingappropriatetestingandapplicationlifecyclemanagementtools.
• PreferredTechnicalSkills:ExperienceworkinginAgileenvironments,familiaritywithcontinuousintegrationandcontinuousdelivery(CI/CD)pipelines,andknowledgeofdatamapping.
• TestAutomation:ExperiencewithenterprisetestingautomationtoolssuchasTricentisTosca,WorksoftCertify,orOpenTextUFTOneispreferred.
• CommunicationandCollaboration:Stronganalytical,problem-solving,organizational,andcommunicationskills,withtheabilitytocollaborateeffectivelywithtechnicalteams,businessusers,management,andcustomers.
• SecurityRequirements:MustbeaU.S.citizenandwillingtoobtainandmaintainPublicTrustsuitability.CandidatesmustalsobeabletoundergoaTier2investigationtoestablisheligibilityforaDepartmentofDefenseCommonAccessCard(CAC)beforestartingtheposition.
• WorkEnvironment:Abilitytoworkindependentlyinafullyremotesetting,managecomplextestingassignments,operatestandardcomputerandofficeequipment,andcommunicatetechnicalfindingsclearly,includingthroughpresentationswhenrequired.
