Aufgaben

• LeadanddevelopthePartnerDataIntegrations&OperationsandPartnerEnablementDatateams,establishingclearresponsibilities,operatingstandards,andleadershipcapabilitiesacrossbothfunctions.
• Designandimplementstructuredcase-managementprocesses,includingintake,triage,escalationrules,service-levelagreements,monitoring,andreconciliationprocedurestoimprovedataaccuracyandreliability.

• OverseethedevelopmentofrepeatableintegrationframeworksforStudentInformationSystems(SIS),includingSlate,Banner,andWorkday,reducingrelianceoncustomized,person-dependentimplementations.
• Serveasaseniortechnicaladvisorduringpartneronboardingandrelaunches,collaboratingdirectlywithpartnerITandSISteamstodefineintegrationrequirements,resolvetechnicalblockers,andensuresuccessfulgo-live.
• BuildthePartnerEnablementDatateamintoatrustedsubjectmatterexpertonpartnersystems,datastructures,workflows,andintegrationrequirements,supportingpartner-facingteamswithtechnicalguidanceandrecommendations.
• Collaboratewithenterprisedata,product,engineering,CRM,partnersupport,andstudentsuccessteamstoprioritizearchitecturalimprovements,standardizedataformatsandmappings,andaddresssystemicdata-qualityissues.
• Ownthepartnerdatastrategy,includinginvestmentpriorities,validationandmonitoringtools,integrationstandards,andopportunitiestoleverageAI-drivenvalidationcapabilities.
• Defineandmonitorperformanceindicatorscoveringcasevolumes,resolutiontimes,incidentrates,partnerlaunches,automation,andteameffectiveness,communicatingresultsandstrategicrecommendationstoseniorleadership.
• Identifyopportunitiestoimprovepartnerbusinessoutcomesthroughricherdataintegrations,enhancedapplicationandretentiondata,andreduceddependenceonpartner-specificworkarounds.
• Operateautonomously,usingdata-drivenanalysis,executivecommunication,andcross-functionalinfluencetoresolvecomplexchallengesanddriveorganizationalchange.

Anforderungen

• Atleast8yearsofexperienceleadingdataoperations,technicalsupport,orpartner/customersuccessteams,includingaminimumof3yearsmanagingmanagersormultipleteams.
• StrongtechnicalfluencyindataplatformssuchasSnowflakeandDatabricks,integrationtechnologiesincludingfilefeeds,SFTP,andAPIs,andCRMplatformssuchasSalesforce.
• DemonstratedexperienceworkingwithStudentInformationSystems(SIS),includingSlate,Banner,Workday,orcomparableplatforms.
• Professionalexperienceineducationtechnology,highereducation,oranotherpartner-based,data-intensiveindustry.
• Aproventrackrecordofbuilding,restructuring,orscalingoperationalteamsandimplementingeffectiveintake,case-management,escalation,andservice-levelframeworks.
• Experienceleadingpartneronboarding,technicalimplementations,launches,relaunches,orsystemmigrations,withtheabilitytomanagetimelinesandresolvecomplexintegrationchallenges.
• Strongunderstandingofdataquality,validation,monitoring,reconciliation,systemarchitecture,andintegrationstandardization.
• AbilitytoengagedirectlywithpartnerITteamsandseniorstakeholders,explaintechnicalrequirementsclearly,andbuildtrustedworkingrelationships.
• Experiencecollaboratingwithdataengineering,enterprisetechnology,andproductteamstotranslateoperationalissuesintotechnicalimprovementsandproductrequirements.
• FamiliaritywithAgilemethodologiesandJira-basedworkmanagement,includingbacklogprioritization,epics,andsprints,isanadvantage.
