Aufgaben

• TrainingProgramDevelopment:Leadthedesign,development,launch,implementation,andongoingmaintenanceofanenterprisedatastewardshiptrainingprogramthatequipsdomainexpertswiththeknowledgeandskillsneededtosupporteffectivedatagovernance.
• LearningNeedsAssessment:Evaluateorganizationalcapabilities,identifyskillgaps,anddefinelearningobjectivestailoredtodataqualityprofessionals,datastewards,andothergovernancestakeholders.
• InstructionalDesignandContentCreation:Developcomprehensivetrainingmaterials,learningresources,andpracticalexercisesthataddressdataqualityprinciples,stewardshipresponsibilities,governanceprocesses,andoperationalworkflows.
• TechnicalTrainingProduction:CreatespecializedvideotutorialsandinstructionalcontentdemonstratingtheuseofInformaticaDataQuality(IDQ)Analystanditsassociatedprocesses.
• PilotTestingandContinuousImprovement:Conducttrainingpilotswithselecteddatastewards,gatherparticipantfeedback,assesstrainingeffectiveness,andrefinematerialsbeforeorganization-wideimplementation.
• EnterpriseTrainingDeployment:Publishanddistributefinalizeddataqualityandgovernancecoursesthroughtheorganization'sLearningManagementSystem(LMS),supportingconsistentlearningandadoptionacrossteams.
• DataQualityPilotSupport:ContributetodataqualitypilotinitiativesbydemonstratingIDQAnalystcapabilities,assistingdatastewardswithtoolusage,andpresentingfindingsandresultstothedatacouncil.
• StakeholderCollaboration:Workcloselywithtechnicalteams,domainexperts,datagovernanceleaders,andbusinessstakeholderstoensuretraininginitiativesalignwithorganizationalprioritiesandoperationalrequirements.
• ProjectManagementandDelivery:Coordinatetrainingactivities,timelines,deliverables,andstakeholderfeedbacktoensureprojectsremainorganized,effective,andalignedwithimplementationmilestones.

Anforderungen

• Education:Bachelor'sdegreeinarelevantdiscipline.
• ProjectManagementExperience:Atleastfiveyearsofexperiencemanagingprojects,includingcoordinatingactivities,stakeholders,schedules,anddeliverables.
• DataGovernanceExpertise:Atleastthreeyearsofexperiencedeliveringdatagovernanceand/ordataqualityinitiatives.
• TrainingDevelopmentExperience:Atleasttwoyearsofexperiencedevelopingand/ordeliveringtrainingcontent,instructionalmaterials,orprofessionallearningprograms.
• TechnicalProficiency:Hands-onexperiencewiththeInformaticaDataQuality(IDQ)Analysttool,includingfamiliaritywithitsfunctionalityandoperationalworkflows.
• CommunicationSkills:Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills,withtheabilitytoexplaintechnicalconceptsclearly,developaccessiblelearningmaterials,andpresentinformationtodiverseaudiences.
• InstructionalDesignTools:ExperiencewithtrainingdevelopmentplatformssuchasArticulate360orAdobeCaptivateispreferred.
• ChangeManagement:Familiaritywithorganizationalchangemanagementtechniquesandapproachesthatsupporttheadoptionofnewprocesses,technologies,andgovernancepracticesisanadvantage.
• Certifications:AnactiveSecurity+certificationorarelevantdatamanagementcredential,suchasCertifiedDataManagementProfessional(CDMP),ispreferred.
• PublicSectorExperience:Experienceworkingwithpublicsectorcustomersorwithinagovernmentenvironmentisdesirable.
• SecurityClearance:MustbeaU.S.citizenandpossessanactiveSecretsecurityclearanceorhigher.
• RemoteWorkandTechnicalRequirements:Abilitytoworkeffectivelyinafullyremoteenvironment,operatestandardcomputerandofficeproductivityequipment,andtraveloccasionallytoclientsitesasrequired.Travelisexpectedtobe10%orless,dependingontheengagement.
