Aufgaben

• AdvisetheNavy'sIntegratedCombatSystemsPrincipalAssistantProgramManagerforComputingInfrastructureonthedevelopment,qualification,andintegrationofhardware,peripherals,andnetworkingsystems.
• Supportthedevelopmentandqualificationofsecurecommunicationssystems,displays,andperipheraltechnologiesforfutureIntegratedCombatSystemsconfigurations.
• ProvidetechnicalguidanceonInfrastructureasaService(IaaS)andMissionCriticalEnvironment(MCE)2.0-basednetworking,processing,andstoragesolutions.
• Contributetothetechnicalevaluationandintegrationofcomputinginfrastructurecomponentstosupportevolvingshipboardcombatsystemrequirements.
• Serveasasubjectmatterexpertforhardwareacquisitionandprocurementactivities,providingrecommendationsalignedwithprogramobjectivesandtechnicalspecifications.
• Collaboratewithprogramleadershipandengineeringstakeholderstoaddresscomplexsystemsengineeringchallengesandsupportmodernizationinitiatives.
• ApplyexpertiseinNavyacquisitionprograms,systemsarchitecture,anddefensetechnologydevelopmenttohelpensuretechnicalreadinessandsuccessfulprogramexecution.

Anforderungen

• Amaster'sdegreeinatechnicaldisciplineandatleast10yearsofrelevantNavyprogrammanagementexperience,orabachelor'sdegreeinatechnicaldisciplineandatleast15yearsofrelevantNavyprogrammanagementexperience.
• DemonstratedexperienceservinginaseniorrolewithinaU.S.Navyacquisitionprogram.
• Strongunderstandingofdefensesystemsengineering,hardwarequalification,technicalintegration,andprogramexecutionwithincomplexmilitaryenvironments.
• Abilitytoprovidehigh-leveltechnicaladviceandsupportacquisitiondecisionsinvolvingcomputinginfrastructure,networking,processing,storage,andsecurecommunications.
• Excellentanalytical,problem-solving,andcommunicationskills,withtheabilitytoadviseseniorstakeholdersandcollaborateeffectivelywithmultidisciplinaryengineeringteams.
• Preferredqualifications:DemonstratedknowledgeofNavycombatsystemmodernizationprogramsandexperiencewithDepartmentofDefense(DoD)systemsarchitecture,design,development,testing,andevaluation.
• Securityrequirements:U.S.citizenshipandacurrentoractiveSecretsecurityclearancearemandatory.
• Workarrangement:Fullyremote,part-timepositionrequiringapproximately20–29hoursperweek,withtheabilitytocommunicateeffectivelywithcolleagues,management,andcustomersinvirtualandprofessionalsettings.
