• Createandmaintaintestplans,testcases,testevidence,andtestdatarequiredtovalidateapplicationfunctionality.
• Managethecompletedefectlifecycle,includingidentifying,documenting,prioritizing,tracking,andvalidatingfixes.
• Conductandsupportrootcauseanalysis(RCA)fordefectsandincidentsidentifiedduringtestingorinproduction,helpingimplementcorrectiveandpreventiveactions.
• Develop,maintain,andenhanceautomatedtestsforwebapplications.
• Maintainandimproveexistingtestautomationframeworks,scripts,andautomatedtestsuites.
• CollaboratecloselywithProduct,Development,andotherstakeholderstoanticipaterisksandstrengthenqualitypracticesacrosstheteam.
• Supportcontinuousintegrationanddeliveryinitiativesrelatedtosoftwarequalityandtestautomation.
• Promotequalityassurancebestpracticesandcontributetocontinuousprocessimprovement.

Anforderungen

• Professionalexperienceinsoftwarequalityassuranceandtesting,preferablyinvolvingSalesforceprojectsorsolutions.
• Experiencedevelopingteststrategies,testplans,scenarios,anddetailedtestcases.
• Hands-onexperienceexecutingmanualfunctional,integration,exploratory,andregressiontests.
• Knowledgeofdefectmanagementprocessesandexperiencetrackingissuesthroughresolutionandvalidation.
• Understandingofsoftwaretestingmethodologies,qualityassuranceprocesses,andindustrybestpractices.
• Experienceconductingrootcauseanalysisandfollowinguponcorrectiveactions.
• Practicalexperiencewithwebtestautomationandmaintainingautomatedtestsuites.
• KnowledgeofJavaandSeleniumWebDriver,orequivalenttestautomationtechnologies.
• FamiliaritywithCI/CDpipelinesandcontinuousintegrationprocesses.
• Abilitytounderstandcomplexbusinessrulesandtranslatethemintoeffectivetestingapproaches.
