Aufgaben

• Ownproductstrategyandroadmap:Defineandexecutetheproductvision,roadmap,andbusinessstrategyforsolutionsservingTPA,PEO,andcarrierpartners,ensuringalignmentwithcustomerneedsandorganizationalobjectives.
• Leadplatformdevelopment:Establishthestrategyformulti-employeradministration,coveringpartner-facingapplications,platformcapabilities,andAPIsthatenablepartnerstobuildandmanagetheirownworkflows.
• DriveAI-poweredinnovation:IdentifyanddeliveropportunitiestointegrateAIandlargelanguagemodelsintopartneroperations,increasingcase-managercapacitywhilemaintainingappropriategovernance,security,reliability,andenterprisecontrols.
• Managecommercialstrategy:Ownproductpricing,packaging,andbusiness-casedevelopmentincollaborationwithFinanceandSales,ensuringsustainablegrowthandcompetitivepositioning.
• Measureproductperformance:Defineandmonitorkeyperformanceindicatorscoveringproductadoption,revenuegrowth,operationalefficiency,andcustomeroutcomes,usingdatatoguideprioritizationandinvestmentdecisions.
• Engageexecutiveandpartnerstakeholders:Communicateproductstrategy,roadmapprogress,businessperformance,andstrategictrade-offstoseniorexecutivesandpartnerleadership,buildingalignmentaroundprioritiesandexpectedoutcomes.
• Delivercomplexenterprisesolutions:Guideproductsfromdiscoverythroughlaunch,ensuringdeliverycommitmentsaremetandsolutionsmeetthequality,scalability,andreliabilityexpectationsofenterprisecustomers.
• Maintaingovernanceandcompliance:Supportahighlyregulatedoperatingenvironmentbyupholdingapplicablesecurity,riskmanagement,andcompliancestandardswithintheproductfunction.
• Buildfutureproductleadership:Beginasahands-onindividualcontributorwiththeopportunitytoestablishanddevelopaproductteamastheplatformandbusinessexpand.

Anforderungen

• Productmanagementexperience:Atleast10yearsofproductmanagementexperience,includingend-to-endownershipofaproductlineasahands-onindividualcontributorandtheambitiontobuildandleadateam.
• Multi-clientplatformexpertise:Demonstratedexperiencedevelopingproductsformulti-clientoperators,withastrongunderstandingoftheworkflows,configurationneeds,andoperationalcomplexitiesassociatedwithservingmultipleorganizationsthroughasharedplatform.
• Enterpriseproductdelivery:Provenabilitytodelivercomplexproductsoncommittedtimelinesforenterprisecustomers,balancingtechnicalconstraints,customerexpectations,andbusinesspriorities.
• AIandLLMimplementation:ExperiencelaunchingAI-poweredorlargelanguagemodelfeaturesinproductionworkflows,includingrigorousevaluation,governance,riskmanagement,andperformancemonitoring.
• Commercialandfinancialacumen:Experienceowningproductpricing,packaging,financialbusinesscases,andthecommercialperformanceofaproductline.
• EnterpriseSaaSexpertise:StrongbackgroundinB2BSaaSproductdevelopment,withtheabilitytoconnectproductdecisionstomeasurablebusinessoutcomes.
• Data-drivendecision-making:Stronganalyticalskillsanddatafluency,withtheabilitytoevaluateadoption,growth,operationalperformance,andcustomervalue.
• Relevantindustryknowledge:Experienceinleaveandabsencemanagement,disability,ADAaccommodations,workers'compensation,orgroupbenefitsispreferred.
• Scalingexperience:Experienceworkinginahigh-growthorganizationorscalingaproductbusinessisanadvantage.
• Leadershipandcommunication:Strongexecutivepresence,confidentcommunication,andtheabilitytoinfluenceseniorstakeholders,buildalignment,andexplaincomplexproductdecisionsclearly.
