• End-to-EndProductDesign:OwnthecompleteUI/UXdesignprocessinFigma,includinguserflows,high-fidelityscreens,wireframes,andinteractiveprototypesalignedwithcustomerneedsandproductobjectives.
• ResponsiveDesign:Createaccessible,intuitive,andconsistentdigitalexperiencesacrossmobile,tablet,anddesktopdevices,consideringtheneedsofglobalandmultilingualaudiences.
• AI-DrivenDesignInnovation:IntegrateAI-poweredtoolssuchasFigmaAIandClaudeintothedesignworkflowtoaccelerateideation,exploredesignalternatives,anddevelopprototypesmoreefficientlywhileapplyingindependentjudgmenttorefinefinaldeliverables.
• CustomerResearchandInsights:Developastrongunderstandingoftheproduct,businessmodel,customerbehaviors,andpurchasingworkflows.Gatherfeedbackfromendusersandfocusgroups,translatingfindingsintoactionabledesignimprovements.
• DesignSystemDevelopment:Contributetoandevolvethedesignsystembymaintainingcomponentlibraries,definingusageguidelines,anddocumentingstandardsthatensureconsistencybetweendesignandimplementation.
• DesignDocumentationandEngineeringHandoff:Producecleardesignspecificationscoveringinteractions,interfacestates,edgecases,andexpectedbehaviorstosupportefficientdevelopmentandaccurateimplementation.
• Cross-FunctionalCollaboration:Partnerwithproductandengineeringteamsthroughouttheproductlifecycle,frominitialconceptanddiscoverythroughdevelopment,testing,andlaunch.
• CommunicationandAgileDelivery:ParticipateinAgileceremonies,explaindesigndecisionsclearlytotechnicalandnontechnicalstakeholders,andincorporateconstructivefeedbackthroughoutthedesignprocess.
• ProjectOwnershipandPrioritization:Independentlymanagedesignprojects,balancecompetingpriorities,maintainattentiontodetail,andensuredeliverablesmeetestablishedqualityandtimelineexpectations.

• ProfessionalExperience:Atleast5yearsofexperienceinUI/UXdesign,productdesign,oracomparablerole,withaportfoliodemonstratingsuccessfuldeliveryofdigitalproducts.
• FigmaExpertise:AdvancedproficiencyinFigma,includingAutoLayout,reusablecomponents,interactiveprototyping,andcollaborativedesignworkflows.
• AIDesignTools:Demonstratedhands-onexperienceusingAI-powereddesignandprototypingtools,withtheabilitytoexplainhowAIimprovesexploration,productivity,anddesignquality.
• ResponsiveProductDesign:Provenexperiencedesigninganddeliveringresponsivewebapplicationsacrossmultipledevices,ideallywithinB2BeCommerceorothercomplexdigitalproductenvironments.
• AccessibilityKnowledge:Experiencedesigningaccessibleinterfacesandapracticalunderstandingofaccessibilitystandardsandinclusivedesignprinciples.
