Associate Software Quality & Test Analyst

Aufgaben

• Support system validation and qualification activities for software applications used in regulated business environments.
• Develop, review, and execute test cases, test scripts, and user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios to verify system functionality and compliance with requirements.
• Prepare, review, and maintain validation documentation, quality records, and supporting evidence in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist with change request assessments, testing activities, implementation planning, and change control documentation.
• Record test results, identify and document defects, and maintain clear evidence of testing activities and outcomes.
• Ensure traceability between business and system requirements, test cases, results, and validation deliverables.
• Support audit and inspection readiness by keeping documentation accurate, complete, organized, and readily accessible.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, Quality professionals, and external vendors to support system improvements and project delivery.
• Follow established quality procedures and contribute to continuous improvement in testing, validation, and compliance practices.

Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• One to three years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, system validation, or a related role.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), software testing methodologies, test documentation, and user acceptance testing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to documentation accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain testing outcomes and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with defect tracking, change management, and quality management processes.
• Ability to manage assigned tasks, follow established procedures, and maintain clear records in a structured, compliance-focused environment.
• Preferred: Experience with Computer System Validation (CSV) and familiarity with regulated life sciences or clinical research environments.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Good Practice (GxP) principles, GAMP 5 guidance, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements relating to electronic records and electronic signatures.
• Preferred: Experience with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, HP ALM, or similar platforms used for testing, issue tracking, and quality management.
