CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

A Construction Supervisor oversees daily construction activities on-site, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, on schedule and according to approved plans and specifications. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities and site workers.

Monitor work progress to ensure projects meet deadlines.

Ensure construction works comply with safety regulations and quality standards.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers and project managers.

Inspect completed works and identify defects or areas requiring rectification.

Monitor manpower, materials, equipment and resource allocation.

Conduct daily site inspections and safety briefings.

Ensure workers follow approved construction drawings and work procedures.

Resolve on-site issues and report progress to management.

Maintain site records, daily reports and relevant documentation.
