Procurement Analyst

Role purpose

Provide procurement analytics, category intelligence, bid analysis, reporting and savings tracking to support data-led decision-making across the QMM procurement program.

Key accountabilities

Develop procurement dashboards, trackers, executive reports and KPI summaries.

Analyze supplier pricing, bid returns, category benchmarks and market trends.

Prepare commercial comparison tables, savings calculations and scenario analyses.

Maintain supplier databases, procurement schedules and category pipeline data.

Support governance reporting at key milestones.

Monitor savings realization, procurement progress and risk indicators.

Requirements

Minimum requirements

3-7 years experience in procurement analysis, commercial analysis, cost analysis or business reporting.

Advanced Excel capability and experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.

Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline such as procurement, supply chain, engineering, construction management, quantity surveying, business or law depending on role scope.

Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, developer-led procurement or comparable capital project environments.

Strong stakeholder management, governance awareness, commercial discipline and ability to maintain complete procurement records.

Experience producing commercial comparison tables, savings calculations, tender evaluation analyses, procurement dashboards, and governance reports.

Experience supporting procurement for construction packages, engineering services, materials, fit-out, or infrastructure-related scopes.

Experience working with project teams, commercial teams, finance teams, senior management, and external suppliers.
