Senior Delivery Enablement Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and optimize 2-week sprint execution across multiple platform initiatives.

Drive delivery predictability, reduce cycle times, and improve throughput.

dentify and remove systemic bottlenecks across teams, processes, and platforms.

Establish and enforce standardized delivery frameworks, workflows, and definitions of done.

Coordinate dependencies across technical, business, architecture, and operations teams.

Promote adoption of AI-powered development tools and automation, including GitHub Copilot and Azure DevOps.

Track and manage cycle time, throughput, blocker rates, delivery variance, and AI utilization.

Ensure alignment with broader platform architecture, business systems, and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Lead, or similar Agile delivery role.

Strong background in complex, multi-team, and cross-functional environments.

Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Kanban, Flow Management, and dependency management.

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines) and CI/CD practices.

Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot.

Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

System-thinking mindset with a focus on outcomes, standardization, and continuous improvement.
