Shortlisting & presentation (CV + short summary)

Candidate communication

Willingness to organize German language courses for candidates

Recruit candidates in Ukraine and neighboring countries for jobs in Austria

ISG shares role briefs, must-have criteria, and target profiles

You source and submit shortlisted candidates (CV + key details)

ISG manages client-side steps

We align regularly to keep priorities and pipeline clear

Ideal partner profile:

Recruiting experience in technical / skilled trades / industrial roles

Solid candidate networks in Ukraine + proactive outreach mindset

Reliable communication and quick turnaround

Fluent English & German

Rail sector experience is welcome, not required
