วิศวกรสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคหลังการขาย (After-Sales Technical Support Engineer)

1.ดำเนินการฝึกอบรมให้แก่ลูกค้า ณ สถานที่ปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับระบบควบคุมทางไฟฟ้าของอุปกรณ์ 2.จัดทำ ปรับปรุง และแก้ไขคู่มือการใช้งานอุปกรณ์ คู่มือการบำรุงรักษา และเอกสารประกอบการฝึกอบรมให้มีความถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน 3.ดำเนินการรวบรวม จัดหมวดหมู่ และจัดเก็บเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทดสอบและปรับแต่งระบบควบคุมทางไฟฟ้าของโครงการอย่างเป็นระบบ 4.ให้บริการสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคและดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ภายในระยะเวลารับประกัน 5.ให้คำปรึกษาและคำแนะนำด้านเทคนิคที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินงานและติดตั้งโครงการ 6.ดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาและแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคของโครงการทั้งภายในและภายนอกระยะเวลารับประกัน 1.Conduct on-site training for customers on electrical control systems. 2.Prepare and revise equipment operation manuals, maintenance manuals, and training materials. 3.Organize and archive all documents related to electrical control system commissioning for projects. 4.Provide after-sales technical support and maintenance services during the product warranty period. 5.Provide technical guidance and support for project implementation. 6.Carry out project maintenance both during and after the warranty period.

Qualifications: สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า วิศวกรรมระบบอัตโนมัติ วิศวกรรมเมคคาทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีความรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการทดสอบและปรับแต่งระบบควบคุมทางไฟฟ้า สามารถดำเนินการทดสอบและปรับแต่งอุปกรณ์ การกำหนดค่าพารามิเตอร์ ตลอดจนการวิเคราะห์และวินิจฉัยข้อขัดข้องของระบบได้ด้วยตนเอง สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม Siemens Step7 สำหรับการออกแบบและพัฒนาโปรแกรม PLC ได้ มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี มีจิตสำนึกในการให้บริการ และสามารถประสานงานกับลูกค้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ มีความรับผิดชอบสูง สามารถปฏิบัติงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดัน และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้อย่างเหมาะสม Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field. Familiarity with electrical control system commissioning processes, with the ability to independently perform equipment commissioning, parameter configuration, and fault diagnosis. Proficient in using Siemens STEP 7 design and development software for PLC programming. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work effectively under pressure.
