Anforderungen

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, preferably in a startup or digital agency environment.
• Understand financial administration, cash flow management, budgeting, and payment processes.
• Experienced in managing Account Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR), invoices, reimbursements, and operational expenses.
• Able to maintain accurate financial records, perform bank reconciliation, and ensure proper transaction documentation.
• Experienced in preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Understand Indonesian taxation, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh Final, and PPN, as applicable to the company’s transactions.
• Familiar with tax administration, tax calculations, tax payment, and periodic tax reporting through applicable systems such as DJP Online/Coretax.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with accounting software is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Have strong integrity, accountability, and the ability to maintain the confidentiality of financial information.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external parties.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling end-to-end finance, accounting, and tax administration.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and applicable tax regulations.
• Experience preparing supporting documents for financial audits and tax reviews.
• Able to identify discrepancies, improve financial processes, and maintain accurate financial records.
